Balancing the responsibilities of family, work, and
school, while maintaining satisfaction in life is a
delicate process. I have the privilege of helping people
through their times of stress and assisting them in
regaining balance in their life. Whether addressing
issues of anxiety, sadness, fear, abuse, or traumatic
experiences from everyday life or combat, I recognize
that the therapeutic process differs for each individual
and I tailor my sessions to suit each client. I have
worked with kids, teens, and families in a variety of
settings such as schools, foster care, residential
treatment, and private practice. I specialize in working
with those affected by relationships difficulties,
school based concerns or learning disabilities, divorce,
and trauma. I have been licensed for ten years and
worked with families for over fifteen years. I look
forward to meeting you and assisting in your personal
journey to a balanced way of life.
